Jamestown was named after King James the I

A hard-working town

Many people believed there was gold in North America

English speaking language

Spain country

There were diseases

On Native property

Water had bad diseases that killed the people

Not a lot of people survived during the winter time.

 

I would want to be a part of Jamestown. In Plymouth, all of the people that lived there were treated unfairly. I wouldn’t want to have been treated unfairly. Also, I wouldn’t want to be with one hundred Separatists! I would want to be a part of Jamestown because they were a hard-working town.
