Cat/ Dog Day

I have decided that I am going to do Cat/ Dog Week instead of the day one because that is going to be harder. So give me a comment. What do you like better? Cats or Dogs? I would prefer cats. 🙂

A Look Back and a Super Happy New Year!

Something I remember from 2013, is when I got my 2nd four-wheeler. When I got it, I was so happy! My dad didn’t tell me what we were doing until we got into the car and were already on the road going to go and pick it up. When we got home, we rode on it for almost an hour. My mom wasn’t very happy when she saw it. I was happy, though. Another thing that I remember is my birthday at the Texas State Fair. I got to try a lot of new foods like fried butter and fried Nutella. But, the fried Nutella was a whole lot better than the butter. We went on this really high thing that looks kind of like a ski resort thing that takes you all the way across the fair in like 10 minutes! My dad and I loved it, but my brother and my mom didn’t. They thought it was super freaky. I had so much fun! Also, I went to the black-light pep-rally at the high school. When I went, EVERYTHING was under black-lights. They even wore black-light clothing. It was cool like you wouldn’t believe! Olivia took my mom and I. Two goals I have for 2014 are to get better in reading class at school and to pass the 5th grade so I can go to middle school. Something I want to stop doing is eating so much cheese. It sometimes make my stomach hurt if I eat a lot of it. One thing I want to learn is to be a better artist. I want to learn to get better at drawing people and shading in. Four new books I want to read this year are Ripley’s Believe it Or Not 2014, Midnight Library 3 Terrifying Tales, The Homework Machine, and Si- Cology. I absolutely love reading! I can’t wait to see what the future is holding for me! Let’s see if all of my goals come true!

Blue

Blue is the color of the sky,

where birds fly up high.

It is the color of the ocean here,

upon the sandy beach near.

Blue means to be greetful,

it doesn’t mean to be deceitful,

It sometimes stands for sadness,

why can’t it stand for gladness?

Blue is the color of Hawaiian Punch,

and Froot Loops you can sit down and munch.

It is the color of someone’s hair,

and the blue highlights on a bear.

Blue is the color of Marshall’s lego box,

and the colors of my fluffy socks.

December 7, 1941

Present time of the attack was on December 7, 1941.

Even the memorial is amazing! You should visit it sometime!

Arizona, Oklahoma, West Virginia, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Tennessee were the ships that were sunk.

Really bombed at about 8:00 A.M..

Latin people were not involved in the attack.

Heroes are the people that risk their lives for us.

After it happened people were trying to contact their family and friends.

Rest in peace heroes!

Believe me! The Japanese attacked!

Operation Hawaii was what they called it. Later changed to Operation Z.

Roosevelt called the day ” a day which will live in infamy.”

Vetran’s Day

My cousin Shane helps with military stuff. He works on making electronic systems that make the other people think that they are hiding somewhere when they really aren’t hiding there they are hiding somewhere else and the people don’t know where they are hiding and when they come searching for them they can fight back without them seeing them. It is really complicated. I didn’t understand at first either. He is there right now but I think he is coming to see us for Christmas. I hope so! Also, he helps train our military I think.
